I turned manual copying of profiles, shifts and permissions into a simple generator. Data is merged automatically into a consistent card ready to print.

Why this project exists

A small card.
An unnecessarily big task.

Every result looked simple. Preparing it was not.

Names, logins, shifts, identification numbers and work permissions were copied manually from several places. Each additional card repeated the work and made errors or inconsistent formatting more likely. I wanted to create something practical for employees: an attractive, readable output without unnecessary administration.

The generator took over repetitive work: loading profiles, combining sources, removing duplicates and preparing a print sheet.

I removed the work repeated for every employee.

Enter one login or a whole list. The generator retrieves the details, prepares individual cards and clearly flags missing profiles. One error does not require starting the entire batch again.

Two sources become one verified profile.

Employee profiles are automatically enriched with their work permissions. Duplicate labels are removed, and if a source is incomplete, the app uses available verified data instead of returning an empty card.

Prepared data becomes valuable when it can actually be used.

The generator places cards directly into a precise print grid. It keeps dimensions, order, page breaks and QR codes consistent and readable, so the same output works for printing and PDF export.
