The same rules, open communication and decisions I can explain to people and support with data.
I can stand in the middle of operations, understand the real problem, then sit down to code and solve it. Connecting these two worlds is my strongest advantage.
I focus on where time is lost, why results are unclear and which steps keep repeating. I turn an unclear process into a useful tool that connects data, removes routine work and shows a clear next step.
The same rules, open communication and decisions I can explain to people and support with data.
The solution must work on an ordinary day, as well as in a presentation or an ideal brief.
When I encounter a problem, I aim to propose a concrete solution and take responsibility for the next step.
I see performance as more than a number. I want to understand what prevents someone from succeeding and how to help them progress.
My journey brought them together into one way of working: understand the situation, design a simpler system and see it through to actual use.
Foundations in programming, the web, networks and technical thinking. I enjoyed technology, but found my strongest motivation in real problems.
I continued studying a technical discipline focused on telecommunications and electrical engineering. Although I did not finish the degree, it broadened my understanding of systems, infrastructure and how technologies connect.
Daily operations taught me to make decisions under pressure, work with performance data, find root causes and explain results to the people affected by them.
I began automating manual work, connecting scattered data and creating interfaces people understand. Today I build internal products and websites from the initial problem through design to a working result.
I work best where I can understand a process, talk to users and take responsibility for the whole result, whether it is an internal app, dashboard, automation or website.
